Manual door lifts are preferred for low cost installations at private buildings handling where lift usage is infrequent. The advantages are low cost, low space requirement fast installation, low maintenance, low operation cost. The range of lifts available is from 4 persons to 40 persons. The cabin walls can be of M.S. painted, M.S. Powder coated or Hairline brush finished stainless steel. Collapsible channel gates or Swing doors with glass vision windows can be provided. Swing doors can be varied from floor to floor to suit the decor. The lifts can be traction machine based or hydraulic machine based depending on the machine room location.

• All Door heights will be 2000 clear. Door Lintel Bottom should be at 2150 from FFL. Plan for Manual Swing doors / Collapsible doors / Telescopic doors are different.
• All Sizes are inside finished dimensions in mm.
• All Hoist way walls are 230 mm thick Brick or 150 mm RCC walls.
